You will need

How to Prepare:

Roast the sesame seeds in the oven at 300f until they turn golden brown. Once cooled, grind the seeds into a powder and mix in the wet ingredients. Hey presto- you’ve got a unique dressing that can be stored in the fridge for 3 weeks!

You will need:

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed.

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to Prepare:

Mix the tahini paste with 2 tablespoons of water. When you feel the paste start to loosen, add the remaining water, lemon and oil. Stir until the dressing reaches glossy consistency. Finish by stirring in the crushed garlic.
